How do you switch from landscape to portrait viewing?
With a driver board installed in the workstation, the user should right click the screen, go to properties and slide the resolution bar from 1600x1200 to 1200x1600 for a 2M monitor, from 2048x1536 to 1536x2048 for a 3M monitor or from 2560x2048 to 2048x2560 for a 5M monitor. The first number is always the number of pixels across the top of the monitor and the second number is from the top to the bottom. The monitors are then manually swiveled by 90 degrees.
How do I clean the display screen?
Use a lint free absorbent cotton cloth and any general purpose cleaner. Avoid solvents with alcohol or acetone which may cause permanent damage to the front polarizer. To keep excess liquid from entering the display, spray the cleaner on the cloth and carefully apply to the surface.
Does the flat panel come with a stand?
Yes. Each display comes mounted on a low cost plastic stand. Heavy duty metal stands are also available on request for additional cost.
Does the flat panel have other fixtures for mounting?
Yes. All of our monitors have VESA standard mounting holes for desk stands, wall mounts, ceiling mounts or pushcarts.
How do I install the driver board for dual mode applications?
All our driver boards are PCI type. Open the cover of the PC or workstation and install the driver board into the PCI slot. Close the cover and install the software from a CD or floppy disk. Follow the instructions on the display. You may also refer to the manual provided for the installation of the driver board. Note: All SourceOne Equipment Specialists will be trained on this installation process.
Does the display come with a medical grade power supply?
Yes. A medical grade power supply and a hospital grade power cord are required for hospital use.
What are the connector interfaces for the display?
Analog input uses a 15 pin high density D-Sub (also called a VGA connector). Digital inputs use DVI connectors. All of our 1.3M and 2M displays use either Analog or DVI connectors. User can select which connector is appropriate based on the graphics driver board type. Our 3M and 5M displays use digital DVI only.
Does the display come with cable assemblies?
Yes. Each carton contains all of the cable assemblies required for operating the display and the power supply.
Does the display have an operator’s manual?
Yes. Each carton also contains an Operator’s Manual written in English.
What are the features and benefits of my product versus the competition?
We have designed and incorporated digital technology in all of our products to provide noise free images. We also provide DICOM calibration in all our products. This makes our products much superior to our competition. Our products are equal in all features to our competition and exceed in performance due to our unique patented technology.
